I didn’t work with Flutter for tablets, but I think that must be a default behaviour.

Thanks, but is it somehow possible to allow orientation change for tablets on Android?

I didn’t work with Flutter for tablets, but I think that must be a default behaviour. If you don’t remove supported orientations in AndroidManifest.
